Shipping policy
Orders
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You should receive two confirmations, an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For most of our orders we offer Free Shipping. If you would like expedited shipping we do offer those options at checkout. The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Costumers will be responsible for any Customs or Duty costs. We are here to help them get to your doorstep.
How do I check the status of my order?
After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation along with a second confirmation when your order has shipped that includes a tracking number. you can follow any of the links from these emails to check the status.. Please allow 48 to 96 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at team@revolutionthrowing.com with your name and order number. We will fix the problem with you.
Damaged Product
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at team@revolutionthrowing.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will communicate with you and resolve the problem.
