Softball Rev Throw Shorty: Arm-Path Trainer
The Softball Rev Throw Shorty is a simple, effective throwing trainer designed for all overhand softball positions—infielders, outfielders, and catchers. Built for all ages and skill levels, it teaches proper throwing mechanics through a rhythmic, repeatable motion, allowing athletes to develop a healthy, powerful arm-path without overthinking cues.
As athletes train, the body naturally self-organizes around a healthy and powerful arm-path, improving consistency while reducing arm stress. The Rev Throw allows athletes to train indoors or outdoors, year-round, with game-ready movement patterns.
Perfect for beginners learning their first overhand throw through advanced athletes developing long-distance throws up to 300 feet.

Coach & Parent Tip:
Choosing the correct size helps athletes maintain proper positions and rhythm. Athletes who grow past 5 feet can progress from the Shorty to the Pro, making both sizes valuable for teams and families training multiple athletes.
Built for Softball Hands
After extensive research, we designed the Softball Rev Throw using a 9-inch yellow ball. Our findings showed that 11” and 12” softballs often caused athletes to alter their throwing mechanics just to maintain grip. The smaller 9-inch size provides better control, allowing athletes to keep proper arm-path, avoid compensations, and consistently learn and repeat a correct throwing motion.
